Happy Birthday little man! I was so excited when Phoenix’s mom asked me to do his one year pictures.  You’ll recognize him from our shoot a few months ago.  It was so great to spend time with him again and see how much he had grown! He’s soooo cute! His eyes are gorgeous and he is so much fun to photograph.  Want to know the funny part?  When I shot pics of him in December it was 75 degrees outside…this shoot was 50 degrees!  We were lucky to just barely dodge the rain too.  He did so good to considering we were all f-f-f-freezing cold! I just love seeing his mom and grandma again too! In April we’re getting some family shots but until then, here’s his ONE year pics!  I just love him!I love this one in black & white…

This one cracks me up! He was so excited (we’ll pretend that it wasn’t b/c he was freezing)! He was a total entertainer when we first got there running around!  He started walking early and hasn’t slowed down since!  Innocence and wonder are the best words to describe him right now.  I know his mama and daddy are eating up every minute! I think this shot captures just that…

This next one is my favorite shot I’ve ever done.  I don’t know if it’s the setting,the bubbles, his face…it just came together perfectly! I LOVE his cute little face! Oh, and thanks to his mama for the exquisite taste, she brought the chair. I knew when I saw it we were going to have some fun!

Nothing like a Happy mama with her #1 boy (hubby Taylor is considered her #1 man, of course).  I love their happiness together!!

More Mama & Son…

This one really says “sassy” to me…Every Mom has a little bit of sassy, right?!

And one in his adorable raincoat!  He had some really cute boots too! 

He LOVES wagons…this is actually one his b-day party table decorations!  So cute!

Did I mention he can now run???  Seriously just turned one and walking has gone out the window!!

I had so much fun with ya’ll! Can’t wait to get a family shot soon!  I wish we had been able to come to his birthday party…I know it was a blast (his mama is very creative and had all kinda cute party decorations!!)! Happy 1st birthday Phoenix!
